Overview:

In this program,  you start the trip from Aswan City.  Visit Aswan’s highlights such as  the High Dam and Philae Temple. Then on the second day, the Nile Cruise sail to Luxor. On the way, the Nile Cruise stops at Kom Ombo City to visit Kom Ombo Temple and at Edfu City to visit Edfu Temple. At the end of the Nile Cruise, arrive at Luxor.  In Luxor, you will visit the West and East Bank and the famous highlights of Luxor, such as the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossi of Memnon, Karnak and Luxor Temple.

Day 1: Welcome To Aswan (Philae Temple, The High Dam and the unfinished obelisk)
Arrive in Aswan Airport or Aswan Railway Station, meet and assisted by our representative. Arrival transfer from Aswan Airport or Aswan Railway Station to Nile Cruise boat. Embarkation before lunch and at 13.00 Lunch on board.  Proceed to visit Aswan’s Highlights:  The High Dam: It was built across the Nile at Aswan and was constructed between 1960 and 1970, and has had a significant effect on the economy and culture of Egypt.  The Unfinished Obelisk: The largest obelisk in ancient time. It was ordered by Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC) to complement the Lateran Obelisk (which was originally at Karnak} and was later brought to the Lateran Palace in Rome.  Philae Temple: The temple dedicated to Goddess Isis of Love and Beauty. The temple complex was dismantled and relocated to nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project, protecting this and other complexes before the 1970 completion of the Aswan High Dam. Overnight on board of the cruise in Aswan.

Day 2: Optional Excursion To Abu Simbel / Kom Ombo / Edfu
  • Breakfast on board the cruise
  • Free Morning in Aswan
  • Lunch on board of the cruise.
Sail to Kom Ombo and visit Kom Ombo Temple: A temple overlooking the Nile. This temple is  divided into 2 temples with 2 entrances, 2 hypostyle Halls, and 2 sanctuaries. Sail to Edfu and visit Edfu Temple: Dedicated to God Horus. Edfu temple is considered the most preserved Greco-Roman temple all over Egypt and its walls portray a "Play" showing the overcome of Horus over the Devil God Seth.

Day 3: Edfu / Esna / Luxor
Breakfast on board of the cruise Bt horse carriage, visit the Horus Temple in Edfu, dedicated to the God Horus. Sail to Esna Lock, Cross Esna Lock and continue sailing to Luxor and visit Karnak and Luxor Temple.   No site in Egypt is more impressive than Karnak.  It is the largest temple complex ever built by man. It represents the combined achievement of many generations of ancient builders and Pharaohs. The Temple of Karnak is actually three main temples situated on 247 acres of land.  Luxor Temple was the center of the most important festival, the festival of Opet, built largely by Amenhotep III and Ramses II. The temple’s purpose was a setting for the rituals of the festival. The festival was to reconcile the human aspect of the ruler with the divine office. Day 4: Disembarkation (Valley Of The Kings, Hatshepsut Temple And Colossi Of Memnon)
Breakfast on board the cruise Disembarkation after breakfast Cross the Nile to visits the West Bank of Luxor including the Valley of Kings, the final resting place of Egypt's rulers dynasty, it is home to tombs, including the great pharaoh Ramses II and boy pharaoh Tutankhamenthen, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El-Bahari, it is one of the most beautiful and best preserved of all of the temples of Ancient Egypt.  The temple was built on three levels with two wide ramps in a central position joining the levels and the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of King Amenhotep III , the only remains of a complete mortuary temple. The statues are made from blocks of quartzite sandstone. Transfer to Luxor Airport or Luxor Railway Station according to your departure details in Luxor for final departure
